A few years back I learned that research shows few leaders have a strong finale. That became a challenge for me to discover how to be the outlier and to pull or push friends and colleagues along with me. I have been walking alongside others in and outside the workplace for over three decades providing encouragement and guidance. Today I mentor and coach women with an intentional, holistic approach. Our goal is for you to flourish in both your personal and professional life. I am a proud registered nurse with a Master’s Degree in Business from Texas Woman’s University. In the corporate healthcare world, our successful teams cared deeply for our patients and each other while still accomplishing our goals. In 2007, I co-founded the non-profit organization called Twenty-six: Twelve which served those in need across the world and in our communities. I received my Master’s in Global Leadership from Fuller Theological Seminary in 2018.
Married to Rick since 1974, we have three amazing kids and seven grandkids that make us laugh and keep us young.
